A new headquarters for Edmonton’s best Condominium Management Firm designed for their 100 plus staff - designed from the inside out. Situated on two floors of this new freestanding building - the entire 19,000 ft2 space is bespoke to their culture and their working needs.
In working closely with the owners, the unique design vision of their family brand is fluent throughout the custom designed Second and Third floors each at 8,600 ft2. With the high demand of their professions need for meeting space, a flexible statement three-way boardroom space was achieved to serve their daily and town hall meetings. Nearby a 2,000 ft2 custom staff bistro was designed to suit commercial cuisine which overflow into a 2,000 ft2, rooftop patio to serve the owner’s charity events and staff function culture.
The overall design vision of KDM Management’s head office captures the heart and leadership of its ownership. The two levels of office and event space blend timeless architectural features with warm, contemporary finishes.
